Full day mindfulness workshop June 29th in Cannes from 10h to 16h .
Come and remember how good it feels to be present.
Refresh or start your practice, anyone can do it and mindfulness is good for you.
No matter whether you are still doing formal practice or not, you are all welcome. For those who have not taken a mindfulness course, come along and give it a try, it is a chance to meet graduate students and learn more about mindfulness in an experiential way.
We will start with a group share and then step into silence. I will guide us through a series of sitting, walking, moving and lying down meditations which will last between 15 and 50 minutes each.
Half way through we will eat a lunch mindfully. Bring your own picnic lunch and enjoy the refreshing summer soup that will be served too.
In the afternoon there will be more practice followed by tea, sharing and chats !
The Verriere is a beautiful light and airy space with an indoor palm tree (!) and a warm welcome.

If you have a yoga mat then do bring it and wear clothes that enable you to move and breathe easily. It is useful to have paper and pen too.
